All reservations must be by fax: 011 (506) 257-5883 or by email. Confirmations and cancellations by same method.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
No penalty for reservations cancelled 30 days prior to check in date.
First night penalty for reservations cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to check in date.
50% for reservations cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to check in date.
No refunds on late cancellations, no shows or unused portions of vouchers.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE
It is agreed that Costa Rica Vacation Online will be relieved of its obligations in the event of acts of God, fire, flood, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.
